When will exams restart?

Does Trinity offer any online exam options?
We have developed a range of alternative solutions for some of our exams:
Can we move the exam session to another date?
Yes, if a session needs to be postponed you should contact your Trinity representative who can discuss what options are available. If your exam session is postponed, any fees paid will be held until the new exam session is arranged. In all respects, we will be as flexible as possible in facilitating exam delivery and associated issues.
Will candidates be automatically enrolled for my next session?
No, Trinity will contact your centre/representative when we are able to offer your original exam choice/grade in order to make arrangements for you.
How can we apply for a credit note, re-entry permit or refund?
Please contact your Trinity representative who will liaise with our Global Operations team in London to make any necessary arrangements.
Will the theory/written exams I have booked be taking place?
Theory/written exams will only take place if local guidance, allows them to do so safely. We will continue to update our website and your Trinity contact will be in touch to inform you of sessions that will take place in your market. Please contact your Trinity Representative for further information.
