This guidebook is for everyone involve in the delivery of Trinity GESE exams, including:

Entering candidates for exams
- All Trinity exams have closing dates by when all entries and payments must be made. Closing dates are available from your local Trinity representative.
- Your local Trinity representative is available for general and administrative support.
- Please refer to your Best Practice Guidebook for detailed guidance on booking exams.
Special needs provision
For candidates who require any adjustments to their exam or would simply like to make make the examiner aware of a disability or health condition, please complete the form available on our Special Needs Provision page for English language exams and send it to Trinity at the same time of exam entry, along with appropriate supporting evidence, if required, at least 28 days before the exam.
Running an exam session
Before each exam session anyone involved in the preparation and conduct of these exams must be completely familiar with Trinity policy and procedures.

Important
Candidates cannot bring mobile phones, laptops or other devices into the exam room.
