Each public centre has a local representative who can assist you in entering for an exam. The local representative will support the enrolment and scheduling of the exam, as well as making sure your results and certificates are sent to you after the exam. Contact details are given on the map and you should direct any questions you have to them in the first instance.
There are two booking types offered for public exams in the UK; Postal booking and Music online booking. When you find the centre you wish to enter at it will show you which type of booking is taken and link you through to more details on making a booking.
All exams in Ireland, including our Digital Grades and Diplomas, should be booked by submitting an application form to your local representative, please click on your chosen centre for further booking information and contact details. Note that our Digital Grades and Diplomas are available throughout the year in all locations.
If you are a candidate at one of our Public Centres please read our additional Candidate Guidance regarding sickness prior to attending your exam.
Please note that in school holiday periods there may be a delay in receiving your exam certificate, as some of our Public Centres, who despatch these to candidates, may be closed. For Digital Grades or Digital Diploma exams you will still be able to access your result via our Online Portal, and certificates will be despatched as soon as possible in term times.
