Trinity College London is an international exam board that offers English language examinations. Courses leading towards a Trinity qualification are offered by various schools and organisations in over 60 countries across the globe (Registered Exam Centres). As an awarding body, Trinity does not deal directly with student recruitment or provides English language courses.
Trinity English language examinations and courses leading towards these are provided via independent schools and training organisations that are Registered Exam Centres. A list of organisations that are registered to provide Trinity’s English language examinations, and may therefore provide courses for students in the UK and Ireland can be found here:

Secure English language tests (SELT) taken for UK Visa and Immigration purposes must be taken at a SELT centre in the UK. View locations and book a test online here:

Trinity exams take place in Registered Exam Centres around the world. Depending on the exam and the region, assessments may take place in person or over video conferencing with a professional examiner.
Secure English language tests (SELT) must be taken at a SELT centre in the UK.
Trinity's Integrated Skills in English (ISE) qualifications and Graded Examinations in Spoken English (GESE) are recognised around the world as evidence of English language proficiency.

Trinity SELTS are Secure English Language Tests approved by the UK Visa and Immigration service (UKVI) for Leave to remain, British Citizenship, Work and Student visas.

SELTs cannot be provided by Registered Exam Centres and can only be taken by candidates at Trinity SELT centres in the UK.
All Trinity certificates are valid for life as evidence of the candidate’s achievement and performance in a Trinity exam. However, institutions and authorities may require candidates to have gained the qualification within a specific timeframe.

Our Listed Education Agent scheme supports the work of agents worldwide. Central to the scheme is a regular series of training webinars designed to provide the most up-to-date information about our English language awards and qualifications and give agents an opportunity to interact with our staff and ask questions.

To join the Listed Education Agent scheme, Education Agents must participate in one of Trinity’s free 45-minute training webinars. Dates and times of upcoming webinars can be found here (advanced registration is required):

Those who attend the webinar will be provided with a report of attendance and will need to complete our online form to confirm that they understand and will abide by the terms and conditions of the scheme. On completion, Agents will receive their digital badge for use on promotional materials and their listing will be added to the relevant list here:
