Trinity ISE (Integrated Skills in English) quailfications are widely accepted by higher education institutions in Ireland, as listed below.
ISE is available at five levels from A2 to C2 on the Common European Framework (CEFR). Details of individual requirements per subject can be found on each institution's website.

The Irish Department of Justice recognises Trinity's Integrated Skills in English (ISE) as one of the accepted language tests to support the application of Study Visas for non-native speakers of English. The levels accepted are B1 and B2, or ISE I and ISE II respectively.
Trinity is one of five awarding bodies approved to provide English language proficiency exams at the conclusion of an English language programme, taken with a provider on the Interim List.
Trinity ISE is officially accepted at many top institutions in Ireland including the following:

Trinity ISE II (B2) with at least a pass in Speaking, Merit in Listening, Distinction in Reading and Writing.
