Trinity College London will be attending the ELT Ireland Annual Conference at Griffith College in Dublin, 18-19 February 2023.
ELT Ireland is a network for professionals involved in all aspects of English Language Teaching that promotes learning, development, and best practice through the sharing of knowledge and experiences.
This year’s conference is on the theme ‘Back to A Future’, and during the 2-day event, delegates can expect plenary talks, and various speakers presenting on a range of ELT topics.
Trinity’s Alison Castle Kane (Head of Business Development, UK and Ireland, Language) will be on hand throughout the event to discuss:
- Trinity Integrated Skills in English (ISE) exam - one of the accepted language tests to support the application of Study Visas for non-native speakers of English in Ireland
- Digital delivery of the Graded Examinations in Spoken English (GESE)
- The new 30-hour Schemes of Work for Trinity's popular GESE Exam
- New TESOL qualifications and courses: The Certificate for Practising Teachers (CertPT), Teach English Online, and the Certificate in Online Teaching (CertOT)
- The support, resources, and events available to English language teachers
- Ongoing initiatives for English language schools in Ireland, including the funding available for English language projects via Trinity’s Language Access Fund
