Reasonable adjustments for Drama & Speech exams

Trinity College London is committed to creating an inclusive environment where all candidates are able to demonstrate their skills and feel welcomed. We aim to make our examinations accessible to all. We treat each learner individually when considering how we can achieve this aim, recognising that requirements vary. Candidates can be assured that we do not compromise on the standard of marking or allow the quality of exams to be affected in any way.

The need and request for provision, if appropriate, should be made using the relevant form below. We require a minimum of 28 days' notice prior to the start of the exam date. Requests for amended exam materials such as Braille require at least six weeks notice.

All provision is tailored to the particular needs of each candidate.  In order to be most beneficial, as full an explanation as possible of the required provision should be given.

It is particularly important for candidates requiring reasonable adjustments that their entries are received on or before the closing date of the examination. The time between the closing date and the examination date is used to prepare the appropriate materials. Due to the extra preparation time required to provide individual materials, late entries or entry forms which do not contain full details will not be accepted.

Please see the Reasonable Adjustments Guidance for Teachers, Reps, Candidates and Centres for further details of all provision that can be requested for Drama & Speech candidates. If you require any further information or assistance in relation to your request, please contact drama-csn@trinitycollege.co.uk with any queries.

Please also see our Disabled Learners Policy.
